Does PADACS offer a warranty on their products?
Yes, all PADACS products come with a 12 month warranty against defects in material and workmanship. In the event that such a defect occurs, PADACS will repair or replace the product at its discretion free of charge. Any product that is no longer available and cannot be repaired will be replaced with a comparable product at the company's discretion. This warranty extends only to the product's original purchaser.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by the improper use of the product. To process your warranty claim we will require a RMA number which can be obtained by filling in a RMA request found on the PADACS website. Under no circumstance will PADACS liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.
How do I return a product to PADACS?
All products must be returned with proof of purchase and an RMA number. To obtain a number fill in the RMA form on the PADACS website.
What payment methods are accepted?
PADACS accepts payment by Paypal and credit card. Accepted cards are Mastercard and Visa. PADACS does not accept Amex or Diners cards. If the order is over $200, someone from our head office will call you to verify your order.

We are located near Adelaide in Lonsdale, SA.
How is my purchase sent to me?
All PADACS purchases are sent with Australia Air Express (AAE). If you provide us with an email address a tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch from our warehouse. All small items sent via Australian post.

How soon after ordering will my purchase be dispatched?
Where possible your order will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day you place your order. When this is not possible your order will leave the next business day.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on its destination. On average you should receive your package within 2-5 business days depending on the location. In Sydney and Melbourne, Adelaide 2-3 days and all other areas between 2 to 5 days. but for regional areas it could be longer. Where possible we encourage you to provide us with an email address so we can provide you with parcel tracking details.
