All PADACS products come with a 12 month warranty against defects in material and workmanship. In the event that such a defect occurs, PADACS will repair or replace the product at its discretion free of charge. Any product that is no longer available and cannot be repaired will be replaced with a comparable product at the company's discretion. This warranty extends only to the product's original purchaser.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by the improper use of the product. To process your warranty claim we will require a RMA number which can be obtained by filling in a RMA request found on the PADACS website. Under no circumstance will PADACS liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.
